SHIPPING
We are happy to ship nearly anywhere in the world.
We offer free shipping within the EU.
Most internet orders placed before 1 pm Monday to Friday will be processed and confirmed within 2 days.
Expected delivery dates Stocked products are shipped within 1 week from our warehouse in Bustehrad, Czech Republic.
Shipping outside the EU may incur additional shipping charges. You will be notified of additional shipping charges prior to final processing and shipping and have an opportunity to cancel or change your order if you are not satisfied with any additional charges. International customs duty and import tax are the responsibility of the customer.
Please note, orders placed after 1 pm Monday to Friday, may not be processed and confirmed until the following business day. Orders placed after 1 pm Friday generally will be processed and confirmed on the following Monday. Holidays, Saturdays and Sundays are not business days. Orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will be processed and confirmed on Monday (most orders will also ship Monday).
Order acknowledgement, confirmation of product availability, and shipping tracking information will be provided to you via email after your order is processed.
Order acceptance occurs only when your order has been shipped. We will notify you by email when that has occurred.
We verify all credit cards before shipping. In some cases, this may delay stated delivery dates.
All shipments are estimated to take 5 business days. Delivery dates do not have guaranteed delivery times. Signatures may be required upon delivery. Drivers may not leave packages without signatures, please arrange for someone to receive the package and sign for it.
WARRANTY
DEEPTIME manufactures its products to very high standards and we are confident our products will perform well. Accordingly, we warranty our products against manufacturing defects in material and workmanship to the original owner, for the following periods from the original date of purchase.
PASSIVE SPEAKERS - FIVE YEARS
ACTIVE DEVICES - TWO YEARS (Sound Systems, Subwoofers)
This warranty does not extend to damage caused by improper installation, faulty ancillary equipment, modifications, unauthorised repair, shipping damage or loss, abuse, accidents, use on improper voltage/current, lightning or other acts of God, normal wear and tear, commercial use, or purchase from unauthorised dealers. Proof of purchase as evidence the unit was purchased from an authorised dealer within the warranty period may be required for warranty service. Should service be necessary, please do NOT return the product without first contacting your dealer or Deeptime s.r.o.
This warranty is non-transferable. DEETPIME will not pay for loss of time, inconvenience, loss of use of the product, or damages caused by this product. This warranty gives you specific legal rights and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state. Some states do not allow limitations on implied warranties or the exclusion of consequential damages, therefore, these restrictions may not apply to you.
RETURN POLICY
In the unlikely event you experience a problem with any of our products, please contact us directly at studio@deeptime.limited. Please have the item number, description of the problem and serial number handy. At our discretion, we will repair or replace the item.
Likewise, if you wish to return your purchase for a refund you must do so within 60 days from the original date of purchase. You are responsible for the cost of the return shipping. To avoid any charges, all returns and exchanges must include the original packing material, product box and all accessories which may include, a power cord, external cables, connection cables, accessories and instruction manual.
Refunds generally will appear within one to two billing statements on the same card used to make the original purchase
